14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
14.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph11.com reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
